Let’s goo!!
wowowow here we goooo!!!! we are starting the second week of my last transfer and things are getting exciting!!! yeah last transfer....honestly really wild if you ask me but this transfer is JAM PACKED with so many exciting things so I am so so excited for it all!!! We had transfers last week and I am now comps with.....drum roll please....SISTER LAKE!!!!!! HAHAHAHA AGAIN!!!!!! LET'S GOOOOOOO🥳🥳 🥳🥳🥳We were companions exactly one year ago and she gets to be my last companion and there are absolutely zero complaints! We are so so excited to be serving together again and she is one of the most intune people with the Spirit I have ever met. She is incredible and pushes me to be better!
The last two weeks of the transfer Hermana Tait and I were blitzing our hearts out and it was so fun!!!! For those who don't know, a blitz is where we switch companions with another companionship for a few hours and work in their area together! I don't know how many of those we did but it was so so much fun!!! Miracles are happening everywhere and these sisters are teaching the most AMAZING people!!! The people of Houston inspire me and they push me to be better and do all I can to align my will with the Lord's! We also got to go to NASA and if any if you ever have the chance to come to Houston, you have to go!!!!! Did you guys know that we sent people to the moon again??? I had no idea!!! I could have spent HOURS there so you guys need to goooo!!!
Since this is my last transfer, I have been able to spend a lot of time on self reflection on who I have become these last 17 months and there is no way I will ever be able to deny the love I have felt from my Heavenly Father. I have learned the power of daily scripture and prayer, I have built a relationship with Jesus Christ and who He truly is, I have come to understand the need for a Restoration of the Lord's church and so much more. But to sum it all up, I would say there is power in doing the small things and change is real. Change is possible and the Lord will never put us down, but the adversary sure will. The power of the Savior is accessible to everyone, no matter where you are in life or if you feel worthy of it or not. He loves you and knows you. His arms are always ready, all we have to do is do our part to partake of it fully. The Savior doesn't hold grudges or withhold blessings because of our past, He suffered for all of it and He knows how to send the healing we need. Let Him heal you, in whatever aspect that may be or how much healing needs to take place. Let Him in and He will guide you.
I love you guys and I hope you have an AMAZING Thanksgiving 🤍🦃🥧❣🕺🥳
