Peanut Butter anyone???

wowowow miracles and amazing things happening here!!!! as always I am absolutely loving serving in the Lake Houston YSA and I love these people here with my whole heart. like my whole heart! we had such a Spirit filled fast and testimony meeting yesterday and we had three of our friends there to experience it with us! For our small branch, that is amazing and we are so excited to have them keep coming!!!! 😊

we have been able to work a lot with the sisters these last few weeks and they fill my cup. they bring me such joy and their passion and dedication to missionary work blows me away every day. God needs them here and I truly have been able to feel a small portion of the love He has for them! Hermana Tait and I have been doing some street contacting on the college campuses in our area and I have LOVED doing that!!!! people are so fun and I have loved approaching random people and talking with them about God! That's the thing about Texas...anyone will talk to you about God and tell you their whole life story!!!

This last week we got to go work at the Church's peanut butter factory in Spring and in the YSA, they always give them the graveyard shift....SOOOO Hermana Tait and I went with them and our shift was from 11-4AM! oh my goodness I was SO TIRED but it was the funnest thing of my life!!! We all went to IHOP after and I seriously love the YSA you guys they are such incredible people and they make me so happy!!!! We came home and PASSED out so we officially pulled all nighters on our missions so that's a first!!! we slept till 12 and then got back to work!!! missionary work is the best!!!!

In my personal study, I have been really studying about the commandments and thinking about them a lot! As I have been reading the Book of Mormon I have noticed just how many times the Lord promises, "If you keep my commandments, you will prosper in the land." I love the scripture Mosiah 2:22 because it says, "And behold, all that he requires of you is to keep his commandments". To me that is a pretty powerful statement and that is ALL the Lord asks of us. We are given SO much freedom and we have the most amazing gift of agency!!! Out of everything we can do and have, we are only required to keep the commandments and Heavenly Father will pour out so many blessing on us if we do what He asks. Sometimes we need to ask him for the strength to keep those things but He will help us because He truly loves us!!!

I love you all and I hope you have the best best best week ever!!!! thank you for all the prayers!!! yall are the bestest!!!πŸ₯°πŸ₯°πŸ₯°
